No Protests? Chapel Hill Big Pharma Cempra prices IPO

Commentary: CVS gets the old Chapel Hill protest, why not this group? Liberal hypocracy perhaps? ......................oh, forgot about that............................



Chapel Hill-based pharmaceutical company Cempra has priced its upcoming initial public offering at between $11 and $13 a share, according to a filing Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission  .

The company is offering 6 million shares and has applied to list its stock on the Nasdaq global market under the symbol “CEMP,” the filing says.






At those prices, the offering would range from between $66 million and $78 million, though those figures are before fees and other such expenses.
